Edgemoor, DE - Contractor Waste Disposal Guidelines
Accepted Materials
At our Edgemoor location, we accept the following materials for disposal:
- Yard Waste: This includes organic waste generated from landscaping and maintenance activities.
- Clean Wood Chips: Chips from untreated wood are acceptable.
- Logs: Logs must be no longer than 4 feet. Acceptance is dependent on available space.
- Leaves: Acceptance is dependent on available space.
- Grass: Grass clippings can be disposed of, subject to space availability.
- Clean Soil Waste: Only clean soil waste is accepted; clay soil is not permitted.
- Stumps: Stumps can be disposed of based on available space.
- Grindings: Wood grindings are acceptable.
Materials Not Accepted
Please ensure that the following materials are not brought to the Edgemoor location:
- Bamboo: Bamboo is not accepted.
- Construction Debris: We do not accept debris from construction projects.
- Fencing: Fencing materials cannot be disposed of here.
- Wood That Has Been Treated: Any wood that has been previously treated is not accepted.
- Railroad Ties: Railroad ties are not permitted.
- Sand: Sand cannot be disposed of at this location.
- Stone: Stone materials are not accepted.
- Trash of Any Kind: General trash and non-recyclable waste are not accepted.
- Bags of Any Kind: Bags, whether they contain waste or not, are not accepted.
Newark, DE - Contractor Waste Disposal Guidelines
Accepted Materials
At our Newark location, we accept the following materials for disposal:
- Yard Waste: Includes organic waste from landscaping activities.

- Clean Soil Waste: Only clean soil waste is allowed; clay soil is not permitted.

Dumping / Recycling FAQs
What materials do you accept?
Grass, Brush, Logs (under 3 feet), Clean Wood Chips & Soil waste.
What do you not accept?
Fencing, Bamboo, Trash Bags, Sand, Stone, Railroad Ties, Treated Wood and Construction Debris.
Is there a fee?
Yes, we charge based on the quantity and type of material.
Are there certain hours for dumping?
Dumping starts at 730am and ends at 4PM Monday-Friday, on Saturday’s (seasonal) till 12PM. Closed Sundays.
Do both locations accept dumping?
Yes. The Newark location is limited for dumping certain products, please call for details.
